About Purna Junior
How many gummies should my child take each day?
Every Purna Junior variant is one gummy per day. Do not exceed the daily recommended usage.
From what age are Purna Junior gummies recommended?
They are recommended for children aged 4 years and older.
How many gummies are in a jar?
60 gummies (180 g / 6.35 oz) — a two-month supply at one a day.
Are the gummies vegetarian and gelatin-free?
Yes. They are set with pectin and are free from gelatin and animal derivatives.
Are they gluten-free?
Yes. All variants are labelled gluten-free and free from wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts and peanuts.
Do they contain artificial colours or flavours?
No. Each variant uses natural flavouring and natural colourants, and is free from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives.
Which variant is sugar-free?
Gut Health is sugar-free. The other variants contain sugar and corn-based liquid glucose — see each product's Supplement Facts.
How should I store the jar?
In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, at or below 25°C, with the lid closed. Keep out of reach of children.
What is the shelf life?
Best before 18 months from the manufacturing date printed on the jar.
Where are they made?
In an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified, allergen-free facility in India, by Nector Foods Pvt. Ltd., and marketed by Purna Gummies Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.
Are these a medicine?
No. Purna Junior gummies are health supplements, not for medicinal use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Pregnant or lactating women and anyone with a medical condition should consult a dietitian before use.

How many Sleep Support gummies should my child take?
The label recommends one gummy per day for children aged 4 years and older. Do not exceed the daily recommended usage.
What flavour is it?
Wild Berry, with natural flavouring.
Is it gelatin-free?
Yes. The gummies are set with pectin and are free from gelatin and animal derivatives.
Gut Health
Is Gut Health really sugar-free?
Yes. The label lists it as sugar free, with less than 0.015 g added sugars per gummy, and no sugar or liquid glucose in the ingredients.
What is FOS?
Fructooligosaccharides are a prebiotic dietary fibre. Each gummy contains 1.8 g.
How many should my child take?
One gummy per day for children aged 4 years and older.
Brain Booster
Which herbs are in Brain Booster?
Brahmi, Gotu Kola, Shankpushpi and Ashwagandha — 250 mg each (from 25 mg of 10:1 extract) per gummy.

Strawberry, with natural flavouring and beetroot-red colour.
Bone Health
How much calcium is in each gummy?
150 mg calcium as tricalcium phosphate — 58.80% of the RDA — plus 150 mg phosphorus, 10 mcg vitamin D3 and 50 mcg vitamin K2.
Is the vitamin D3 plant-based?
Yes. It is Vitashine® vitamin D3 from lichen, and the gummies are labelled plant-based.

Where do the lutein and zeaxanthin come from?
From marigold (Calendula officinalis) flower extract — 5 mg lutein and 1 mg zeaxanthin per gummy.

What is in Citrus Blends?
